Are you an aspiring fashion designer and/or model? Can you creatively recycle, reduce, reuse? Then the 9th Annual Recycled Fashion Show is for you! This is a runway show featuring student-created fashions made from recycled materials. If you're interested, then it's time to form your design team (4 max), recruit your models (2 max), and enlist a teacher to be your patron.

Details on how to participate can be viewed here (you have to be signed in to your lesdstudent.net account). See Mrs. Tseng in room 6 if you have any questions. See you on the runway!

Rogers ASB

The Rogers Associated Student Body (ASB) is represented by the members of the Leadership class (student council), student leaders who devise, plan and coordinate school-wide activities. The student council consists of 4 officers and 7th and 8th grade students; they develop events and programs through their committees while also discussing and voting on how ASB funds are spent. Leadership students are chosen not only for their exemplary citizenship and academic performance but also their dedication to representing and promoting the best interests of their peers.

March is Engineering Month @ Rogers!

Starting Friday, March 9, Rogers ASB is hosting weekly engineering competitions in the patio outside the Cafe. These competitions are open to all students, and they give you a chance to show off your creativity and problem-solving skills. Look for the sign-up sheets outside the Cafe. You can participate in as many as you'd like, but make sure you remember to show up; if you're a no-show for a competition, then you will not be eligible for future competitions.
