SUPPLY LIST

Our sixth grade team would appreciate if each student came prepared with the following supplies on the first day of the school year.

Supplies:

• Three ring binder: 2” or more

• Binder dividers (at least two 5-tab packets; plastic is preferred) [DON’T LABEL!!]

• White lined paper – with enough to refill during year (college ruled or wide ruled)

• Notebook paper reinforcement stickers (circles to fix paper holes)

• Five folders with 3-hole punches to put in binder

• 3x5 lined index cards

• Pencil case/bag to hold pens, pencils, and art supplies

• #2 pencils with good erasers (plenty of them!)

• Erasers

• Blue or black pens (Any other color ink will not be allowed on assignments)

• Colored pen (green, red, etc.) pen for editing (no pastel or glitter pens)

• 1 Box of colored pencils (8 basic colors, or more)

• Hi-lighters (1 or 2)

• Post-it notes (3”x3”, super-sticky preferred)

• Pencil sharpener (small, personal size)

• Glue stick

• EXPO marker and eraser (or sock)

• Sturdy backpack to hold school books, supplies and binder

Other recommended supplies:

• Jump drive (flash drive, thumb drive, etc. – to save computer work)

• Local library card (free)

• At least 1 regular-sized box of tissues

• Independent reading books (chapter books, etc.)

• Spectrum Test Prep Book – Grade 6

• Extra supplies to be left at home

• Computer with Internet Access and printer

* Students will need to buy a school agenda (used daily)*
